Foundations are obviously not exclusive to homes. Other types of buildings can also suffer foundation damages and root barrier. There are a couple of things that you have to keep in mind here if and when you are facing this type of issue. There are certain laws that you are going to have to abide by that are actually put in place to make sure that you do not have any type of foundation issue. So, a lot of times by giving us a call and having your building inspected you are literally killing two birds with one stone. On one side you will be fulfilling legal requirements so that you can continue to operate normally. On the other, you will be making sure that your building is fully healthy!
We also provide free inspections in commercial buildings. We do this so that you can get an opportunity to have a clear idea of what the problems in your building may be. One thing though that we want to clear up right away is that if you need any type of certificate from our part those cannot be included in our free inspections for obvious reasons. That being said any type of inspection that we perform can be done quickly and efficiently so that we do not take up too much of your time!
Major Building Leveling
If you have a multiple story building to take care of you need to make sure that you get the right professionals on the job. We are not just saying that so that you will automatically hire us. The thing is when you are going to be dealing with so much weight from such a large building you do not only need the right equipment, you need the right personnel that can handle such a large job. Both of those things are things that we have on hand here at Marshall Foundation Repair!
Buildings Off Limits
This is something that scares a lot of people when they go to give us a call. How long is my building going to be off-limits for? We cannot provide a real, time frame until we actually get to the building and come up with a real diagnosis. That being said, that is one of the reasons why we urge people, especially business owners to be a bit proactive with their building care. If we get the chance to regularly do minor fixes to the structure you are less likely to need a major overhaul that is going to force us to shut down the building for an extended period of time!
We sort of touched on this issue in the last paragraphs what we want to make sure that you understand is that it is pretty common to see that we have to get special permits to work on these types of buildings. Usually, safety measures are bulked up at least when compared to how many residential services are performed. We will get all of the necessary permits to be able to work on the building as soon as possible!
